Kith Cafe Isetan

We ordered the Iced Café Mocha and Honey Milk Latte and were pleasantly surprised when the barista told us the mocha has 4 shots of espresso and the honey milk has 3, especially since the prices were lower than most other cafés. Joan, the barista, was super warm and friendly. She definitely made us want to come back again!

Was looking for a coffee while waiting for movie to start, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere at Kith. Despite being in a department store, it didn’t feel awkward at all—just a nice, relaxed spot to sit and enjoy a break. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall chill experience. The coffee? Really good. Smooth, well-balanced, and definitely worth coming back for. That said, the pricing caught me off guard. The menu doesn’t include GST and service charge, so the final bill ended up higher than expected. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a solid spot for coffee if you don’t mind the premium pricing.

I think Joan is the highlight of this outlet! Her personality shines in an outlet like this where she could have more personable interactions with customers. When she wasn't around, I got my orders wrong at least twice... Besides that, I appreciate that Kith has decaf options and the coffee tastes great! Also, the banana bread and cornflake cookies are real gems. My family like the simplicity of these pastries, yet they tastes so good. Also, the business did great without increasing the pastries prices unnecessarily, where so many cafes/ bakeries increased their prices over the past decade.

My parents will always stop by here after eating at Food Republic for hot chocolate & cake. Joanne makes them feel very welcome & remembers them every visit. Kith’s offerings here are tasty.

Flat white is decent and ok. Chocolate muffin was served warm, which is nice but felt that it could be more chocolatey. Atmosphere is a little odd as I had shoppers walking up and down by my table.

Love this kith location and esp the server. Our second visit and she was very warm and friendly. Cakes and drinks were delicious. We had the chocolate and also the black forest. The black forest was different. Usu these are light sponge. This was way richer!

The cafe is tucked within Isetan itself. It is nestled among floral dresses. The barista is very nice and warm. The experience of ordering and service is excellent. There are some counter seats and 3 tables with chairs available. Limited seating capacity. A little note: order at the cafe counter. But payment is at the Isetan cashier behind the cafe counter with the order chit. The barista was preparing my order even before I showed her the receipt after payment. My smoothie was very enjoyable for a hot day. So I appreciated it very much.

Kith Café at Isetan is a hidden gem in the heart of Orchard Road. The cakes and cookies are delicious, and the warm, inviting atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax. Special shoutout to Joan, the manager, who goes above and beyond with her attentive service and genuine hospitality, making every visit a delightful experience. Highly recommended!
